'Take it away Jools!’ is what I said when I was last working with Drake Music and Jools Holland at a blues jam that I organised as part of a charity concert at the Drapers Hall in London in 1996. Jools is a patron of Drake Music which teaches and runs events to enable disabled people to play music.

Ben on BBC Radio 4 'Saturday Live' teaching Sandi Toksvig, Rev Richard Cole, R4 audience and guests to play harmonica a bit
Ben started creating content for this program in 1999 when he wrote his first Harmonica tuition book, 'Get Chugging'. This program finally came together in 2020 - a real lockdown baby!
Here's an actual breakdown of what you get in the program:
Not sure? Come to one of the group coaching sessions on zoom to experience it for yourself. Just book your call and ask for the zoom code.
We have many different options (and prices); hence the need to speak with you first to see which options are right for you, or even if the program is a good fit at all - remember, this is personal mentorship with Ben.
We invest a lot of time in you, and work closely with you on a daily basis for 90 days so please understand why want to get to know you a bit first.
No price on the site - why? Fair point. It varies between zero to over £1,500. We have various options - some free - so we need to talk with you first to explore what you are looking for, and that will get us to the correct program and the price.
Maybe you want to just purchase a book, a video course, one of our various memberships, come to some free events, or perhaps all those options plus coaching as well? It's all good.
If you enjoy being part of a thriving community of fellow learners, having daily support, encouragement, mentoring and access to your teacher, coaching might be an option to consider. Maybe you don't need that much help? We don't know.
We need to discover if this is a good fit for you - will this help you achieve success?
Our aim is to help you achieve your aims. We wouldn't be able to offer you a place if we felt we couldn't help.
We need to figure out if you are the right sort of person to fit our community. We are quite picky about who we work with these days.
So hop on a call and let’s talk it through to see how we can help.
There’s no pressure, we won’t try to flog you anything, it’s simply to understand how we can best help you - we will find out on the call.
If you prefer an 'off-the-shelf' course, or free stuff, that's fine - please visit www.playharmonica.co.uk
And if you just want to get yourself a decent harmonica - please visit www.sonnyboysmusicstore.co.uk
And if it's one of my 20 books you are after:
Book a call here and let's have a natter.
What happens after the 90 days is finished? - you will be invited into a Graduates Private Facebook Group so you can stay in touch with your friends in the HM90 community.
